About the team

Join the Supply Chain Optimization team to build and evolve the core infrastructure that supports large‑scale optimization and planning systems. Your work will enable high‑performance execution of complex optimization models, improve system scalability, and ensure robustness across distributed environments.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain core infrastructure supporting optimization engines and planning workflows.
  • Improve scalability, reliability, and performance of distributed optimization workloads.
  • Build reusable infrastructure components for model execution, data handling, and solver integration.
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks in optimization pipelines and underlying systems.
  • Optimize compute, memory usage, and data flow for large‑scale planning problems.
  • Support solver integration and tuning (e.g., Optimization approaches).
  • Contribute to evolving platform architecture and hardware.
  • Design systems that support large datasets, parallel execution, and incremental solving.
  • Ensure systems meet enterprise‑grade reliability and maintainability standards.

What we are looking for

  • B.Sc or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with various cloud resources and deployments.
  • Public cloud experience with Azure and/or GCP (AWS a plus) using console and APIs.
  • Hands‑on experience operating Kubernetes (AKS and/or GKE).
  • CI/CD and/or GitOps experience (pipelines, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Experience working with logging and observability platforms.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for performance testing using testing frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to accelerate the SDLC through innovative application of AI or other tooling while upholding architecture consistency, secure design, and code‑quality standards.
  • Ability to review AI‑generated code rigorously for correctness, architectural fit, integration risk, and edge‐case support with a growth mindset and bias for experimentation.
  • Nice to have: experience with commercial solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, …).
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Supply Chain Management (Demand Planning, MRP, S&P, Capacity Planning).

Perks and benefits

  • Flexible vacation and company‑wide days off.
  • Flexible work options.
  • Physical and mental well‑being programs.
  • Regularly scheduled virtual fitness classes.
  • Mentorship programs, training, and career development.
  • Recognition programs and referral rewards.
