Infrastructure & Operations Program Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure & Operations Program Lead to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a 100% onsite role with a duration of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, operations, and program management, with the ability to manage large-scale cross-functional IT programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or program management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure domains (network, cloud, compute, storage).
- Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional IT programs.
- Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and executive reporting capabilities.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in program management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure and operations programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and executives.
