We are looking for an experienced Millwright Instructor to teach our workshop, a role that fits well for professionals desiring occasional teaching contracts. You'll instruct in full-time sessions lasting two weeks, 2-4 times annually, while helping students cultivate essential skills in the millwright field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote efficient learning through effective instructional strategies
• Monitor student engagement and ensure policy compliance
• Create a safe and effective learning environment
• Mentor students and foster mentorship relationships
• Involve in curriculum development and continuous reviews
Requirements:
• Must hold a Millwright Journeyperson certificate
• Proven experience in mentoring apprentices
• Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
• Strong communication and professional boundaries
• Teaching experience preferred
