You will be the Int. Program Planner Senior-F-35 Program - Level 3 for the F-35 Development Planning Team which is responsible for delivering reliable, on-time schedules that enable the F-35 program to meet its mission objectives. You are an analytical, detail-oriented planner with strong experience in schedule development, CPM, and EVM. Your background includes working on large, complex aerospace programs, and you excel at translating technical data into actionable timelines. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the world-class F-35 mission.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree Experience with Microsoft Office applications Experience with cost and/or schedule Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders Desired Skills: Proposal Planning Experience Working Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) Frequent Customer or Senior Leadership Presentation Experience F-35 Program Experience Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities Experience with Scheduling Tools - Deltek Open Plan, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 Experiences with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management Experiences with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology. Clearance Level: Secret Other Important Information You Should Know Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
