You will be the Program Planner / Master Scheduler Sr. - AMMM - Level 3 for the Program Planning & Scheduling team which is responsible for delivering integrated master schedule solutions across the portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Planner / Master Scheduler Sr. - AMMM - Level 3 you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and communicating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) for new and existing programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and re‑engineer the IMS, integrating supplemental schedules and the Program Summary Master Schedule.
  • Execute critical‑path and risk analyses using project‑management tools, and document corrective actions for off‑schedule tasks.
  • Produce narrative support and schedule metrics for proposals, contracts, and “what‑if” scenarios.
  • Conduct independent network analyses, quality assessments, and prepare documentation for surveillance reviews.
  • Represent the organization in customer interactions, answering questions on schedule development and program status.

Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
- Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders

Desired Skills

- Working knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software.
- Proposal development experience
- Schedule Risk Assessment experience.
- Integrated Master Plan experience.
- Experience in leading/managing a team of people and use of team building skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
