Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients' business and IT teams to gather and understand integration requirements across B2B, Cloud, API, Data, ETL, and EAI environments.
- Design, develop, and configure complex integration solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Take ownership of assigned modules and lead the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain smooth system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore and internal teams to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards.
- Review team members' code and designs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Participate in Agile processes, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical expertise.
- Technical Skills:_- 5-7 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing integration solutions across B2B, ETL, EAI, Cloud, API, and Data Integration environments using enterprise-grade platforms or tools.
- Strong expertise in building integration processes, data pipelines, and data mappings for efficient data movement.
- Proficiency in data transformation, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Hands-on experience with SOA, RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and related security protocols.
- Strong understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, and related data formats.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with transport protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, JDBC) and messaging systems (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ).
- Hands-on experience with Core Java and exposure to commonly used Java frameworks.
- Non-Technical Skills:_- 5-7 years of experience in service delivery, directly engaging with clients.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and process diagramming skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience with junior team members.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
