We are currently seeking an Integration Engineer to join Symplicity Brasil and help connect our products to the systems our university clients rely on. You’ll work closely with our U.S.-based team and with clients across multiple regions, so strong, confident English from day one is essential. To support your continued growth, we also offer an English development program led by a dedicated full-time instructor.
This is a forward-deployed role: you’ll build integrations against real client deployments, understand the problem behind each request, and stay close to the people using what you ship. You won’t be client-facing on day one, but within three to six months you’ll be running technical conversations directly with stakeholders around the world. We’re looking for someone who learns fast, reasons clearly about how systems fit together, and can explain that thinking to both engineers and non-technical clients.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain integrations between Symplicity products and third-party systems, using Python and REST APIs.
Produce code using AI-assisted development tools—this is how our team works, and you’ll be expected to use these tools well: prompting effectively, reviewing what they generate, and standing behind the result.
Read, transform, and validate JSON payloads, and design clean data flows between systems.
Map a client’s process end-to-end, identify how the pieces connect, and turn that understanding into a working integration.
