About this opportunity
In this position, you will play a key role in the implementation and integration phases of the NRO process , ensuring that customer services are delivered according to Ericsson's quality standards.
You will be responsible for integration, optimization, scripting, and coordination with suppliers , while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and global teams.
What you will do
- Perform integration and optimization activities , including scripting and site scheduling
- Ensure first-time-right implementation , driving quality and efficiency in rollouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships :
- Lead and supervise Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) , ensuring compliance with quality and timelines
- Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives :
- Ensure adherence to Ericsson's standards, processes, and safety guidelines
- Support customer and supplier acceptance procedures
- Provide reporting on progress, risks, and deviations
The skills you bring
- 2-3 years of Telecom experience (Integration/Optimization/Scripting)
- English: Advanced :
- Strong soft skills : communication, motivation, learning agility, stakeholder management, leadership
- Flexibility to rotate between Day, Late, Night shifts (low possibility of Night shift) and provide on-demand weekend support :
- Preferred :Project/Implementation Management experience and supervising suppliers (ASPs)
- Desirable :NRO process knowledge and RAN portfolio understanding (5G, RBS HW)
- RF background could also be considered
