Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Workday Integration Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist with the conversion of existing PeopleSoft integrations to Workday and support the team in technical aspects of the transition. You should have proven experience in Workday integrations, particularly utilizing tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, RaaS, etc. Any experience with Peoplesoft integrations/development would be a strong advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Developing integrations from PeopleSoft to Workday.
Supporting the team in technical aspects of the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday.
Assisting with the conversion of existing PeopleSoft integrations to Workday.
Mentoring current team members to enhance their understanding and practical skills in Workday Integrations.
Utilizing technical experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1, focusing on integrations and development.
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience in developing and implementing Workday integrations.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Connectors,and RaaS (ReportasaService) for integration development within the Workday platform.
Experience with Peoplesoft integrations/development is a plus.
Expertise in both technical aspects of integration development as well as an understanding of HR systems such as Peoplesoft or other similar platforms.
Ability to mentor team members and effectively convert existing integrations will contribute to a successful transition from Peoplesoft to Workday.
