Position Summary:

We are seeking an Intermediate Software Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our Agile/Scrum team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in .NET (C#), Azure Functions, and React. This role involves developing scalable backend services, contributing to frontend features, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualification (Must):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET (C#).
  • Experience building RESTful Web APIs and backend services
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and serverless application development.
  • Basic working knowledge of Azure Portal (deployments, configuration, monitoring).
  • Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL.
  • Experience with Entity Framework (Database First) and LINQ.
  • Experience with React/Angular (1–2+ years).
  • Experience with state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit or Context API.
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
  • Familiarity with unit testing in .NET.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with Azure Durable Functions.
  • Familiarity with clean architecture principles.
  • Experience with event-driven systems.
  • Exposure to unit testing in .NET.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Strong Full-stack development experience with backend (.NET / Azure) and frontend (React).
  • Must have strong work experience on production systems.
  • Comfortable debugging and maintaining existing code.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using .NET 6+ and Azure Functions.
  • Assist in implementing workflows using Durable Functions when applicable.
  • Work with Azure SQL databases (queries, models, optimizations).
  • Develop frontend features using React and integrate with backend APIs.
  • Implement and maintain state management using Redux, RTK Query, or Context API.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code for both backend and frontend.
  • Participate in code reviews and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Continuously improve skills in Azure, .NET, and React.
  • Willing to learn Durable Functions.
