Intermediate Java Developer Role at Citi

Citi is looking for an Intermediate Java Developer passionate about systems development. This full-time role specializes in Java and distributed architectures within a collaborative environment.
You will be involved in establishing and improving application systems, conducting feasibility studies, and providing user support. Your experience with Java, Spring, and cloud technologies will support both development and post-implementation analysis. Mentoring junior analysts will also be a part of your responsibilities as you handle system risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead feasibility studies and application system analysis
• Control development phases including testing and deployment
• Troubleshoot and analyze complex technical issues
• Create and recommend security solutions
• Mentor lower-level analysts and assess business risks
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in Java development
• 3+ years with RESTful service implementations
• Familiarity with Spring Boot and distributed systems
• Knowledge of cloud environments like AWS, Docker
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
