Intermediate-Senior .NET Developer / C# Developer
We are seeking an Intermediate–Senior .NET (C#) Developer with SQL and banking experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing secure financial systems and applications within a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.
- Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and services using the .NET framework (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging .NET technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in software development using C#.
- SQL and Banking experience.
- Strong understanding of the .NET framework (.NET Core, .NET Framework).
- Proficiency in building web applications with ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework).
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
