Responsibilities
- Intermediate Software Engineers should excel at working both independently and as part of a team. They possess the ability to scope tasks and features and deliver quality solutions to clients. They are in the process of gaining expertise in architecture and design patterns, and they understand best practices while evolving into skilled programmers. This role also demands the capacity to develop and maintain client relationships and deliver world-class software solutions. Intermediate developers are expected to take the lead in organizing team activities to promote knowledge sharing, and to provide mentorship on technical matters. They actively contribute to the growth and knowledge transfer within the team and are vital in achieving project and client success.

Tech Stack: Experience with 3 or more technologies.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ software development experience, across multiple programming languages and frameworks (minimum of 2 programming languages, 1 frameworks).
- Relevant industry training / diploma / certification or degree.
- Solid understanding of SDLC.
- Ability to effectively work in a team , collaborate and work independently.
- Experience leading and working within an Agile team , successfully delivering Agile based software projects.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and clients , effectively.
- Experience developing, testing and deploying system components.
- Ability to continuously perform whilst working under pressure.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools .
- Experience with Git for code management version and source control.
- Relevant knowledge and experience of technologies, frameworks and tools.
- Fundamental understanding of multiple branching strategies .
- Familiarity with containers.
- Understanding of secure coding practices.
