Lead Developer, Software Architect, CTO
Location: Rome, North Italy (Hybrid). Role: Freelance / Consultant.
Responsibilities: Manage institutional, project and digital communication activities. Ensure clear, consistent, EU‑compliant messaging across all channels. Lead development of robust, scalable software architectures for AI‑driven sensing systems. Work with backend, data pipelines, and system integration. Turn research prototypes into production‑grade solutions. Drive market positioning, partnerships and customer development, translating technical innovation into commercial opportunities.
Salary: 30,000 EUR gross per year plus 10% bonus on target.
Commercial Director, Head of Partnerships, VP Business Development
Responsibilities: Design and deploy advanced computer vision and AI pipelines for industrial and sensing applications. Lead algorithm development from prototyping to real‑world deployment. Core technical role in commercializing AI‑driven solutions.
Grant Manager & Coordinator (Permanent Position)
Responsibilities: Grant writer – select, propose, write, follow up project proposals. Study frontier research for casual AI, blue economy, quantum imaging and photonics. Engage in proposal writing, grant management, research and innovation management.
Salary: 28,000–30,000 EUR gross per year plus bonus target earnings up to 50,000 EUR.
Marketing Manager, Head of Communications, Brand Director
Responsibilities: Define and execute marketing strategies for AI and sensing solutions. Position TR2 technologies across research, industrial and commercial channels. Lead partnership development across EU research ecosystems.
Junior Computer Vision ICT/Software Engineer (Permanent Position)
Responsibilities: Support marketing and communication activities across TR2 projects. Assist grant management and partnership development across European R&D ecosystems. Support development and testing of computer vision and data processing solutions. Learn and grow in AI, imaging and applied research within EU projects.
