What You'll Do (Impact Areas) Support the development of compliance documentation aligned with environmental and operational standards for a new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
Participate in the startup and commissioning phase of the WWTP alongside plant teams and external suppliers.Develop and document operational controls and standard work instructions.Define monitoring and measurement protocols to ensure compliance with applicable NOM regulations based on plant capacity.Execute and support the closure of the Management of Change (MOC) process for the project.Track project timelines and milestones while coordinating activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.What Success Looks Like Complete and accurate documentation aligned with regulatory and internal compliance standards.Successful participation in the WWTP startup phase with clear operational processes defined.Effective monitoring system implemented to ensure NOM compliance.Timely execution and closure of MOC deliverables with proper documentation and stakeholder alignment.Strong coordination and communication across multidisciplinary teams.Core Competencies Effective communication and stakeholder coordination Time management and project tracking Technical writing and documentation Risk analysis and impact assessment Legal and regulatory interpretation (NOM standards) Technical analysis of plant capacity and operations Change management (MOC processes) What You Bring (Qualifications) Active student pursuing a degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields).
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Basic knowledge or interest in environmental regulations, wastewater treatment processes, or industrial operations.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.Work Model Travel On-site role with close interaction with plant operations and project teams.
