About the role:
As an International Pricing Coordinator for TQL, you will work closely with our internal and external sales employees by assisting with day-to-day quoting for Drayage and Ocean opportunities. In addition, you will run reports for general requests and other international team initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare quotes for both internal and external customers using standardized processes and tools
- Ensure quotes are in accordance with export, import, and domestic procedures
- Assist in the creation of reports for both internal and external customers
- Maintain data integrity for internal and external reporting purposes
- Follow all established SOPs to ensure proper documentation is collected
- Escalate issues as appropriate to a supervisor for resolution
What you need:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Communicate and confirm critical information to sales floor
- Proven success handling multiple tasks and assigning priorities
- Ability to stay focused in an extremely active/open office environment
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
