Skills: Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS) Product Packaging
Experience Required: 10 & Above PC Tech Admin PC tech support acts as a senior| hands-on expert responsible for the day-to-day operations of end-user technology| leading a team while providing Tier 2/3 deskside support. They ensure the reliability of Windows/macOS devices| manage imaging/deployment (SCCM/Intune)| and act as the escalation point for complex hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Team Management (EUC Lead Tasks)Escalation Point: Act as the Tier 3 support for complex| onsite desktop incidents that cannot be resolved remotely.
Team Mentoring: Guide| train| and manage L1/L2 desktop support engineers.
Ticket Management: Oversee ticket queues (ServiceNow/JSM) to ensure SLA compliance.
Process Documentation: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Articles (KAs).
Vendor Coordination: Act as the SPOC for IT projects and coordinate with hardware vendors (OEMs) for repairs and warranties.
2. Endpoint Management & Imaging (Tech/Engineering Tasks)OS Deployment: Create and maintain standard Windows 10/11 or macOS images using SCCM/MDT/Intune/Jamf.
Modern Management: Implement and manage Autopilot and Intune configuration profiles| compliance policies| and security baselines.
Application Packaging: Package and deploy software (Win32| MSI| EXE| PowerShell) to endpoints.
Security Patching: Ensure devices are patched| compliant| and protected against vulnerabilities.
3. Onsite Support & PC Tech (Hardware/Deskside Tasks)Hardware Maintenance: Install| troubleshoot| and repair laptops| desktops| printers| and peripherals.
IMAC Services: Perform Installation| Move| Add| and Change (IMAC) tasks for office equipment.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage hardware logistics| including imaging| provisioning| and secure decommissioning of equipment.
VDI & Audio/Visual: Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and conference room A/V technology.
