As a Coach, you’ll mentor and train the next generation of tech talent, bridging the gap between theory and practice and giving consultants the skills and confidence to succeed.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage training sessions, ensuring an engaging learning environment
Provide personalised feedback and coaching to consultants
Evaluate performance through observation, interviews, and assessments
Design and deliver practical projects aligned to learning objectives
Support recruitment by assessing candidates’ aptitude and adaptability
Conduct mock interviews and CV coaching
Act as a subject matter expert for Sales and client calls
Mentor consultants in project pods, offering technical guidance when needed
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Java development
At least 2-3 years of software Engineering experience
Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background
Training or coaching experience is a plus
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software development lifecycle, and best practices
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for mentoring and developing talent
