As a core member of ourVendor Products IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

YourRole

This position is responsible for Software implementation, System Integration, Development, Configuration, Technical Support, and Performance Tuning. The primary purpose of the position is to install and configure software and provide Level II Support for Vendor products. Initially the role relates to third party products in the area of CRM, Mailbox management and ETL process, but may expand over time into other vendor applications. Additional responsibilities may include Development of new system functionality, Project Management and Testing.

Experience with AWS or Business Intelligence applications is desirable but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have an Application Development and Support background with the ability to quickly learn vendor applications from the inside out. This position will work with Business units and the Technology Group. Occasional travel may be required.

• You will analyze, support and maintainstrategic bespoke businessplatforms in a hybrid hosting environment, across AWS Cloud and on-prem.

• Provideengineering support of functional and performance issues on a range of applications

• Preparechanges, scripting,monitor and schedule updatesto optimize operations

• Conduct performance analysis and tuning inofapplication servers, database tiers and infrastructure

• Participate and collaborate acrossmulti-functionalgroups in the operational support model

• Participatein the Operational Excellence strategy, including strategic monitoring and LEAN process improvement

Implementation

• Install and configure new releases into Test and Production environments

• Coordinate the Release process with business groups, vendors and operations

• Communicate detailed descriptions of functionality changes and provide follow-up support as required

Application Support / Development

• Maintain applications, and Configure/Develop new system functionality

• Administer and resolve support requests coming from application users

• Create and run ad-hoc database queries / Reports

• Effectively Communicate with the user community

• Maintain existing interfaces, and Design and Develop application interfaces as required

• Maintain working knowledge of technical enhancements and new functionality

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues at the OS, Database, and SQL code levels

Data Management & Configuration

• Develop and execute database queries to manage tables

• Create, Copy, Move, and Delete databases

• Oversee technical environments including databases, application servers, and web servers

Testing

• Participate into QA and Stress Testing.

• Provide direction and support to the Business Divisions for User Acceptance Testing.

• Create Test Cases and coordinate execution of the Test Plans.

About You:

• You have a Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experiencein a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

• Around 1 yearexperience in Enterprise Development or Application Support

• Experience supporting 3rd party vendor applications and interfaces

• Experience supporting and operating Cloud environments, preferably AWS

• Strong experience with RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL

• Experience with Python coding, PowerShell scripting, shell scripting and cloud formation is a plus

• Knowledge ofWindows, UNIX (Solaris, Linux), basic networking

• AWS or other cloud certifications is beneficial

• Demonstrated knowledge and skill with managing change

• Customer-focused, flexible and comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced global environment

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies

• Stronglistening, questioning and analytic skills

• Excellent oral/written communication skills
