Job description
- Strong expertise in Java 18 Object Oriented Programming
- Handson experience in Struts 10 JSP EJB Hibernate and TopLink
- Deep knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience in Angular frontend frameworks
- Knowledge of HTML CSS JSON XSLT
- Strong experience in RESTful Services APIs and web services SOAP REST
- Proficiency in SQL Oracle or other RDBMS with ability to write and optimize queries
- Experience with Weblogic server configuration and deployment
- Strong debugging skills across multiple layers UI backend API database cache
- Handson experience using AIassisted development tools eg GitHub Copilot
- More on springboot however candidate should know struts well although hands on will be limited
- Java springboot Struts 70 of work and Angular would be 30 of work
Secondary Skills
- Insurance Domain knowledge
- Familiarity with fullstack troubleshooting across UI middleware and DB layers
- Understanding of programming best practices code quality and performance optimization
- Exposure to enterprise modernization or enhancement initiatives
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
