As a Front-End Developer (Expert), you’ll be one of thetechnical heavyweights in the team.
You’ll work across front-end, back-end, cloud and DevOps,helping build and enhance systems that keep critical supply-chain andproduction processes running smoothly.
You’ll tackle complex technical challenges, guide otherdevelopers, improve system quality and help shape solutions that are scalable,reliable and user-friendly.
You’ll be involved in:
- Buildingexciting new front-end functionality using modern web technologies.
- Developingand enhancing back-end functionality using Java and/or Python.
- Creatingand maintaining APIs that connect front-end and back-end systems.
- Buildingautomated tests and continuously improving test coverage.
- Maintainingand enhancing existing solutions.
- Supportingdeployments, releases and technical rollouts.
- Performingerror analysis and troubleshooting during testing and production cycles.
- Workingwith Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
- Workingwith Docker and Kubernetes.
- Buildingand improving CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Workingwith Infrastructure as Code and GitOps technologies.
- Supportingmonitoring, logging and operational stability.
- Participatingin functional and technical refinement.
- Collaboratingwith developers and technical teams across different locations.
- Tacklingcomplex problems where there isn't always an easy answer.
- Performingquality checks across development teams and ensuring high engineeringstandards.
Requirements
Front-End
You should also have 3+ years' experience withtesting frameworks such as:
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Playwright
Back-End
We need someone who isn't afraid to venture beyond the frontend.
You should have 3+ years' experience developing with:
- Java/ JavaEE and/or
- Python3.9+
And at least 1 year's experience with frameworks suchas:
- Spring
- SpringBoot
- Quarkus
- Flask
- Django
Plus experience with automated testing from unit testingthrough to E2E testing.
DevOps & Cloud
You don't need to be a full-time DevOps engineer, but youdefinitely need to speak the language.
Experience should include:
- Docker
- Infrastructureas Code
- GitOps
Experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD,Flux and Helm will be highly valuable.
You should also understand monitoring and logging andhave experience working with ITIL operational processes, including:
- ProblemManagement
- ChangeManagement
Bonus Points If You Bring

- Kafkaor other streaming technologies
- Microservicesdevelopment and maintenance
- SAPECC or S/4 experience
- Strongautomated testing practices
- Experienceworking within large, complex enterprise environments
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similarqualification.
- 6+years' Front-End Development experience.
- 3+years' Back-End Development experience.
- 3years' Public Cloud experience, preferably Azure.
