Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS, and be passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations using Apigee Edge / Apigee Hybrid.
Develop and enhance microservices using Java (8 or above) and Spring Boot.
Build and manage RESTful APIs ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Work with JSON and XML data formats for API communication and integration.
Integrate APIs with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or similar databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement API solutions and system integrations.
Develop, test, and deploy applications using Docker containers.
Ensure API security, governance, and best practices are followed in the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve API and integration-related issues.
Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
Work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills
4+ years of experience in development of APIs / Interfaces on Apigee Edge / Apigee Hybrid
Strong development knowledge of Java 8 or newer
Strong experience with Spring Boot
Working knowledge of REST APIs
Experience working with JSON and XML
Working knowledge of Relational Databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
Basic working knowledge of Docker (Containers)
Good-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Working knowledge of SOAP
Scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python
Knowledge of XSLT
Experience with IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise)
