Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 annually, plus 30% bonus potential
The Opportunity
You'll join a Client Account Team responsible for the infrastructure that powers account opening, management, and servicing for millions of clients worldwide. As a Java Application Developer, you'll help build and maintain the high-performance, standards-driven systems at the core of the client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing account maintenance.

Your Day-to-Day
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications supporting online brokerage services
- Support large, multi-tiered web applications for customer registration and account management systems
- Design and develop Oracle database schemas and PL/SQL packages
- Build and maintain scheduled batch processing jobs
- Develop Java applications and servers across the full development lifecycle
- Collaborate with your team using Bitbucket and Gerrit for source control, branching, pull requests, and code review
- Manage builds using Gradle, including dependency management and multi-project configurations
- Apply AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code and other agentic coding tools, to strengthen your workflow and code quality
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web application development
- Strong knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, Object-Oriented Programming, and Java
- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
- Experience designing single-page applications using Angular and/or Vue.js
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and component-based architecture
- Hands-on experience with Gradle for build automation
- Exposure to UNIX/Linux environments
- Strong attention to detail, self-direction, and a fast learning mindset
- Must be authorized to work as a full-time employee; consultants and contractors will not be considered
