Title: Java Application Engineer
Work location: Remote (PST hours)
Duration: 4 Months
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise in configuring and optimizing packaged and software as a service application to meet evolving business requirements.
- configuring and supporting packaged software as a service application to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
- using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
- Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices related to application integration and platform usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and design innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality of application delivery.
- Analyze complex issues and provide strategic recommendations that influence project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Able to lead problem solving efforts and communicate progress to leadership.
