Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Azure Developer to join a development team working on modern, cloud-native applications within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate microservices-based architectures.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and application deployment.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Apply software engineering best practices for scalable, secure, and reliable applications.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
- Troubleshoot application and deployment issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work within banking/financial services environments, understanding relevant business and technical requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Core Java.
- Deep hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong experience designing and developing microservices.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications.
- Solid experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in the banking/financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in English.
