Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and build scalable, high-quality Java backend services within an agile, cross-functional team. You’ll collaborate with product owners to shape technical solutions and drive architecture decisions that meet business needs. You will focus on secure, robust applications while advocating for process and technology improvements. This is a hands‑on opportunity to influence the backend stack and contribute to SaaS/PaaS delivery in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilità
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience with Java
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of OOP, OOD, SOLID, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Proven experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring
- Experience with automated testing strategies
- Familiarity with SQL and RDBMS
- Exposure to high availability solutions and SaaS/PaaS models
- Fluency in Italian (written/spoken) with ability to read/communicate in English
