Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on coding expertise to join a high-impact banking project. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing and developing scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Required Skills:

Strong experience with Core Java

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot

Experience developing Microservices-based applications

Strong knowledge of RESTful API development

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, or other Message Queues

Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Experience with code reviews and backend optimization

Understanding of secure, scalable, and high-performance application development

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
