Are you passionate about building scalable backend systems and solving complex engineering challenges? We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help design, develop, and optimize high-performance distributed applications.
What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive architecture and system design discussions for new and existing platforms.
• Build clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Review code, enforce quality standards, and mentor fellow engineers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automation, and engineering excellence initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of backend development experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Solid understanding of System Design and Distributed Systems.
Experience debugging and optimizing large-scale production applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
