Role: Java Backend Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in modern Java technologies and microservices-based application development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, a solid foundation in Core Java/J2EE concepts, and experience building scalable enterprise applications.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services while ensuring high-quality, defect-free deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3 .
Build and support microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications.
Develop secure RESTful APIs using JWT/OAuth2 authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Work with Oracle databases for data modeling, querying, and optimization.
Use Maven for project build and dependency management.
Collaborate with team members using Git version control.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Deliver high-quality solutions with a strong focus on first-time-right and zero-defect production releases .
