Job Title: Java Backend Developer
Job Description
Design and develop robust Java applications leveraging Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. Build and maintain microservices architectures ensuring high scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Implement best coding practices and ensure code quality through thorough testing. Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services as needed. Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying bottlenecks and bugs. Document application design, architecture, and operational procedures. Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, test and deploy Java microservices utilizing Spring Boot and related technologies. Design and implement RESTful APIs ensuring seamless integration with frontend and other services. Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain high system availability. Mentor junior developers and share knowledge on Java frameworks and microservices. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
