In this role you will design and deliver scalable Java backend services within an agile, cross-functional team. You will partner with product owners and engineers to translate business needs into robust, secure solutions and influence architecture decisions. You’ll help raise code quality, security, and testing standards while driving continuous improvement. Responsabilità
- 5+ years of hands‑on Java software development
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of OOP, OOD, SOLID, data structures, and design patterns
- Proven experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring
- Experience implementing automated testing strategiesFamiliarity with SQL and relational databases
- Exposure to high availability and SaaS/PaaS contexts
- Fluency in Italian (written/spoken) and English (readable/communicable)
