- MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience – experience in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
- Candidate should be a hands‑on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.
- Must be doing hands‑on Coding in the current projects.
- Must have experience of 7 years and hands‑on exp in Java, PCF, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka.
- Should have hands‑on experience in their current projects.
- Should have hands‑on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
- Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
- Good Communication.
- 100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable)
