Position OverviewWe are seeking highly skilled Java Backend Engineers to join our engineering team building scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and distributed systems, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Amazon Q, or similar GenAI IDEs to improve developer productivity.
Candidates with educational backgrounds from top-tier Chinese universities are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Develop cloud-native applications following modern software engineering best practices.
- Utilize AI-powered IDEs (Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) for accelerated software development.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation and engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
