What You’ll Do
- Development and testing of critical backend services
- Contribute to architectural and product design decisions
- Translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions
- Deliver highly available services in production environments
- Mentor engineers and foster a strong technical culture
- Support live services and participate in on-call rotations
Tech Stack
- Languages: Java, Kotlin, Scala
- Frameworks: Spring
- Databases: PostgreSQL
- Frontend (nice to have): React, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka
- Architecture: Microservices / SOA
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of backend development experience with modern technologies
- Strong understanding of relational databases and ORMs
- Experience in collaborative environments with code reviews and pull requests
- Ability to lead projects from inception to delivery
- Hands-on, results-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Interest in personal finance or experience in financial services
- Experience with mission-critical, high-availability systems
- Full-stack experience or affinity for distributed systems
