The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MQ, AWS, REST/SOAP APIs, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, with proven experience leading development teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement microservices and event-driven solutions.
