- Strong Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Junit, JPA and Microservices architecture.
- Hands on experience with Kafka, Tomcat, Oracle/MS SQL and SQL performance turning

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI development
- IBM BAM OE (Business Automation Manager Open Edition): Experience with IBM BAM OE / Business Automation workflows, case Management, and process automation.
- Familiarity with integration of BAM OE with microservices and enterprise systems.
- Ability to design, configure, and optimize business rules, workflows and event-driven processes
- Preferred : Driving technical initiatives / POCs using Gen AI.
