Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Biometric Data Capture Systems
Develop and integrate solutions for capturing and processing biometric data (e.g., fingerprints, facial
recognition).
Ensure secure storage and management of sensitive biometric information.
Work with biometric hardware and software tools for seamless data integration.
Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between systems.
Ensure APIs are secure, efficient, and adhere to industry standards.
- Artificial Intelligence Integration
Collaborate with the AI team to integrate machine learning models and algorithms into Java-based systems.
Work on enhancing biometric systems using AI-driven analytics and pattern recognition.
- System Performance and Security
Optimize application performance for large-scale deployments.
Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration and Documentation
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and system architects.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years in Core Java development.
- Strong knowledge of biometric data processing tools and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., LLMs and Vector DBs).
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with biometric SDKs and integration methods.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
