Position Title: Java Spring Boot Developer
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Spring Boot Developer with strong hands-on backend development experience to support enterprise application initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing scalable RESTful APIs, asynchronous event-driven processing, batch processing, cloud deployment, and enterprise integrations. The selected resource will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot framework
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services
- Develop and support batch processing solutions
- Implement asynchronous and event-driven processing solutions
- Deploy Java applications to AWS environments and application servers
- Develop PostgreSQL functions, stored procedures, and advanced SQL queries
- Support MuleSoft integration flows and API-led connectivity initiatives
- Collaborate with frontend teams utilizing Angular or React technologies
- Participate in enterprise solution design, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Work closely with cross-functional technical and business teams
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs
- Experience with batch processing and asynchronous processing
- Experience with messaging/queue technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, AS400 Data Queues
- Experience deploying Java applications in AWS environments
- Strong SQL and database development skills
- Experience working in enterprise application environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PostgreSQL stored procedures and advanced SQL query experience
- MuleSoft integration and API-led connectivity
- Angular or React frontend exposure
- Experience with SmartDocuments or Adobe Forms Development
- Experience working in Agile development environments
