Job Description:

This role is responsible for the end-to-end development, architectural evolution, and high-reliability maintenance of core backend services and partner-facing portals. The engineer ensures seamless delivery and scalability by managing Java-based services, complex batch processing jobs, and production-grade configurations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Feature Development & Refactoring Design and implement core backend logic, perform high-impact refactoring of legacy components, and evaluate appropriate tech stacks for new feature requests.
- Production Reliability & On-Duty Monitor system health, triage issues, diagnose critical outages, and manage the full release lifecycle (including submissions, rollbacks, and cherry-picks).
- Configuration & Infrastructure Manage environment-specific configurations, optimize data retrieval for high-volume requests, and leverage internal data tools to monitor performance and generate insights.
- Technical Collaboration Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical feedback to maintain high standards of system integrity and code quality.
