Required Skills:
7+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
7+ years of IBM C ram Development (V6/V7/V8 V8 preferred)
C ram Certified Developer
Experience with C ram Enterprise Framework & Solution Modules
Experience with IEG2 and CERT
XML, Web Services (SOAP/WSDL), HTML, CSS, Eclipse
Strong SDLC, analysis, design, development, and testing experience
Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Database
State Government project experience
Git, Bitbucket, JIRA
C ram Web Services
AWS / Cloud Development
Python
ReactJS
IBM WebSphere
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain NC FAST applications
Support FNS enhancements and payment error reduction initiatives
Develop business rules, interfaces, and batch processes
Resolve application defects and implement change requests
Collaborate with business teams, QA teams, and release management
Participate in Agile development activities
Certifications:
AWS Cloud Development and IBM C ram Certifications are highly preferred.
