Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java development Java 8, 11, 17 or above
- Handson experience with Spring Boot Spring MVC and related Java frameworks
- Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and microservices
- Proficiency in Python programming for automation integration or backend development
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL etc
- Experience with source control tools such as Git
- Understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Generative AI GenAI tools and platforms such as GitHub Copilot Anthropic Claude Google Gemini or similar solutions
- Experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot to improve developer productivity
- Exposure to cloudbased AI services on Azure AWS or GCP
Nice to Have
- Handson experience integrating GenAI capabilities into Java and Pythonbased applications
- Experience building AIpowered APIs assistants copilots or agentic workflows
- Understanding of MCP Model Context Protocol AI Agents and enterprise AI solution architectures
