Job Description:
- Collaborate with global teams to implement and enhance Camunda based workflow and decision automation solutions.
- Analyse complex business processes and translate requirements into scalable Camunda BPMN and DMN models.
- Ensure seamless integration of Camunda with existing enterprise systems and third party applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Camunda workflows to maintain high system availability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing deployment and maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process automation and operational efficiency.
- Maintain up to date documentation for Camunda workflows configurations and best practices.
- Stay current with the latest Camunda features industry trends and emerging technologies related to process automation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Camunda BPMN and DMN workflows aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on Camunda capabilities.
- Develop custom extensions and integrations to enhance Camunda platform functionality.
- Conduct code reviews unit testing and performance tuning for Camunda processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Camunda workflows and integrations.
- Mentor and support junior team members in Camunda best practices and development techniques.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Camunda solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies in all Camunda implementations
