Java / PYTHON / SPRINGBOOT / HIBERNATE / KUBERNETES
On behalf of our client operating in the public sector, we are recruiting two Java Developers for long-term assignments.
As a Java Developer with a passion for delivering smart solutions, you will be involved in the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of applications, ensuring that strategic objectives, services, and internal processes operate efficiently, securely, and sustainably.
Tasks:
Here are the main tasks that we’ll be involved in:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs following modern architectural best practices.
- Build high-quality, secure and resilient applications by implementing logging, monitoring, testing, observability and OWASP security standards.
- Develop and optimise Angular applications to deliver performant, maintainable and user-friendly solutions.
- Design reliable integrations between backend services, messaging platforms and workflow engines, ensuring consistency and resilience.
- Manage application deployment, configuration and secrets securely in Kubernetes environments.
- Analyse technical requirements, evaluate architectural options, produce technical documentation and collaborate closely with business, UX and development teams.
- Perform code reviews, mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Java Developer, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments (public sector experience is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, microservices and Python.
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, automated testing, code quality and security tools (e.g. SonarQube, Fortify).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English and proficient in at least one of the country's official languages.
