Job Summary
We are looking for a Java Developer with Apache Flink experience to design, develop, and maintain real-time data processing applications using Java and Apache Flink. The candidate will work with large-scale datasets, build streaming data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Java and Apache Flink.
- Build and optimize real-time data processing and ETL/data streaming pipelines.
- Work with large-scale datasets in distributed environments.
- Design and implement stream processing applications for real-time analytics.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams.
- Ensure code quality through testing and best development practices.
- Monitor, optimize, and improve application performance.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Flink.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem and big data technologies.
- Experience with ETL processes, streaming data pipelines, and distributed data processing.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Scala or Python.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of Kafka and real-time event streaming.
- Experience working with event-driven architectures and stream processing frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Java development and Apache Flink-based projects.
