Job Role: Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with Generative AI expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications while integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern GenAI frameworks.
The candidate will collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and DevOps teams to build intelligent applications using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build and integrate Generative AI/LLM-powered applications into enterprise solutions.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise data sources.
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or equivalent models.
- Develop effective prompt engineering strategies for business use cases.
- Integrate vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Work with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or equivalent.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, intelligent assistants, document processing, summarization, classification, and content-generation solutions.
- Build secure and scalable GenAI APIs and backend services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, data security, and responsible AI practices.
- Develop unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Monitor AI applications for performance, latency, accuracy, cost, and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI, LLM, Agentic AI, and AI engineering technologies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong Java expertise.
- Strong experience with Java 8/11/17/21.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Cloud.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and RAG architecture.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
- Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and AI agents.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
