Java Developer (Identity/Access Management) - Remote in México

YOUR PROFILE:

In this role you will participate in ambitious projects with a Top Client in the Insurance Industry:

• Designing, developing, and maintainingJava and Spring Boot-based applications, focusing on therenovation and optimization of web-based platformsto deliver exceptional user experiences and performance

• LeveragingOKTAfor identity and access management, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable authentication solutions across modern web applications

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, senior developers, and product owners totranslate business requirements into innovative technical solutionsthat drive real impact

• EmbracingAgile methodologiesas the foundation of your day-to-day work, participating actively in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality software in an iterative and collaborative way

• Writingclean, efficient, and well-documented code, contributing to code reviews and continuously raising the bar on development standards, performance, and scalability

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experiencewith Java development, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles and a genuine passion for building innovative, high-quality software solutions

• Proven proficiency inSpring Bootand familiarity withOKTA (preferably) or JWT, OAuth, MFA, Single Sign On (SSO), Spring Securityfor identity and access management, alongside experience with RESTful API development and modern web-based platform development

• Experience working with Git for version control and SQL or NoSQL databases

• Conversational English
