We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team and contribute to innovative projects.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients and team members to create, develop, and integrate effective software solutions. This position requires strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work across time zones to achieve project success.
Responsibilities
- Attend occasional client meetings scheduled at 9-10 AM Pacific Time
- Maintain daily communication with the client to ensure project goals and updates are aligned
- Develop and implement software solutions that meet high-quality standards and business requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements for scalable solutions
- Monitor system performance and address any technical challenges that arise
- Conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain coding standards
- Provide technical support and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, including full system implementation lifecycle phases such as analysis, design, testing, and support
- Experience working with GCP Serverless solutions to design scalable systems
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems for efficient collaboration
- Solid experience with SQL for database design and optimization
- Effective self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Advanced English communication skills at a B2+ level, with proven experience in client-facing interactions
Nice to have
- Knowledge of gRPC for efficient communication between distributed services
- Experience with Protocol Buffers for structured data serialization and deserialization
