Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics or equivalent studies and has at least 3 years of experience in back‑end development.
Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of Java 11+
Excellent knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, especially Spring Web MVC
Excellent knowledge of REST/SOAP microservices
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with relational and non‑relational databases
Knowledge of Git, GitLab, SV
Good knowledge of Kotlin
Additional Qualifications
Strong teamwork orientation
Strong relational skills
High problem‑solving ability
The candidate must be familiar with Secure Coding practices, vulnerability management, and security frameworks, implementing security measures throughout the software lifecycle.
Location: Milan
Compensation
Indicative total compensation: 34,000 – 40,000 Euro gross per year
Placement within the range will be defined based on skills, experience and selection process outcomes
Variations from the range may be considered for particularly distinctive profiles, with internal approval
