Java Developer (2–4 Years, Mandarin Mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications while collaborating closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and backend services
- Develop backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
- Participate in the design and development of microservices and distributed applications
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
- Work with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle for application development and data management
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
- Support application performance analysis, optimization, and performance tuning activities
- Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
- Support application deployment and CI/CD activities as required
- Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation
Requirements
Must-have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Mandarin speaking proficiency is mandatory
- English proficiency suitable for a professional working environment
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Familiarity with commonly used middleware technologies
- Experience working with relational databases, particularly MySQL and/or Oracle
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend application development
- Good troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with intelligent operations, automation, or AI-assisted IT solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
- Hands-on experience in application performance tuning and optimization
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
