Position Title: Java Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 12 Months (Contract to hire)
Interview: 2 rounds 1 st will be Zoom if they like they will bring in for in person interview
A Java Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience, strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities, experience fixing security vulnerabilities, familiarity with JIRA-driven workflows, understanding of networking concepts, and excellent communication skills. React and Cloud Foundry are beneficial but not required.

Technical Skills
- Java Development
- Strong Java programming skills are the primary requirement.
- Backend-focused role.
- Application Debugging & Troubleshooting
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to investigate and resolve application issues quickly.
- Security Vulnerability Remediation
- Experience addressing security findings, vulnerability fixes, dependency upgrades, and framework upgrades.
- Examples mentioned include Node.js and Moneta upgrades.
- Backend Development Experience
- Role is primarily backend-oriented.
- Feature enhancements and bug fixes within Java applications.
- Network Protocol Knowledge
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols due to the nature of the application.
- JIRA Experience
- Working from JIRA tickets and dashboards.
- Managing vulnerability findings and remediation activities.
Soft Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams.

- Managing documentation and closure of security findings.

Experience
- 3+ Years of Experience
